The structure of HEPA filter mainly includes the following parts:
Filter material: HEPA filter usually uses ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, which has high filtration efficiency. The longitudinal tensile strength of filter paper should be no less than 0.7 kN/m, and the transverse tensile strength should be no less than 0.5 kN/m.
Partition plate: The filter uses plastic board paper, aluminum foil board and other materials folded as partition plates, which help improve filtration efficiency and structural stability.
Sealing material: New polyurethane sealant is used for sealing to ensure that the parts of the filter are tightly combined to prevent leakage.
Outer frame: The outer frame of HEPA filter is usually made of galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet or aluminum alloy profile. The thickness of galvanized sheet and stainless steel sheet is usually between 1.0 mm and 2.0 mm, and the thickness of aluminum alloy profile should be 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm.
Partition type: HEPA filter can be divided into two types: with partition and without partition. The filter with partition uses aluminum foil partition, while the filter without partition has no partition and directly uses filter paper and partition plate structure.

High temperature resistant design: The high temperature resistant high efficiency air filter is made of high temperature resistant glass fiber or ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, aluminum foil partition and stainless steel frame, and is sealed and assembled with special high temperature resistant sealant. This design enables it to work stably in high temperature environment, and is suitable for ultra-clean ovens, ultra-clean cleaning machines, chemical industry and other equipment and systems that require high temperature air purification.
