1. Frame material and structure
Material: Common frame materials include aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet (cold plate spraying) or anodized aluminum, which are corrosion-resistant and highly resistant to pressure.
Structure: There are two types: framed bag type and frameless bag type. The bag type design is the mainstream, which increases the windward area by arranging multiple bags (such as 5-10 filter bags), reduces wind speed and increases dust holding capacity.
2. Filter bag color corresponds to filtration level
Filter bag colors are distinguished according to filtration efficiency levels (F5-F9), for example:
F5 level: white or khaki;
F6 level: green;
F7 level: pink or light pink;
F8 level: light yellow or purple;
F9 level: dark yellow or white.
The color identification directly reflects the filtration efficiency, which is convenient for users to quickly identify.
3. Filter material and sealing design
Filter material: mostly synthetic composite non-woven fabric or glass fiber, with a pleated or wavy surface structure to increase the filtration area.
Sealing strip: Made of EVA (ethyl acetate) or rubber material to ensure air tightness between the frame and the filter bag to prevent leakage.
4. Size specifications
Common sizes include:
Standard type: such as 495×295×500mm, 595×595×600mm, etc., to meet different air volume requirements (rated air volume 1000-3200m³/h);
Customization: supports non-standard size customization and flexible adaptation to industrial scenarios.
5. Auxiliary accessories
Clips and flanges: Some models are equipped with quick-release clips or flange interfaces (such as ANSI standard flat welding flanges) for easy installation and maintenance.
Handle: Embedded or foldable design for easy transportation of large filters
