We specialize in the R&D and manufacturing of air filters, providing OEM and ODM customization services. We manufacture air filters and related equipment according to customer drawings or specifications and label them with the customer's brand logo.
Customization Options
Filter Efficiency Grades: G4, F5-F9, H13, and H14 available (EN779/EN1822 standards).
Product Configurations: Plate, bag, V-type, combination, ultra-thin, high airflow, and removable frame options available.
Dimensions: Standard sizes (e.g., 610×610×292mm) and custom sizes are available.
Seal Types: Strip seal, liquid tank seal, and anode seal.
FFU (Fan Unit) Options: EC and AC fans available, with support for low noise, variable frequency control, and centralized intelligent control systems.
Frame Materials: Galvanized steel, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, plastic, etc.
Filter Media: Glass fiber filter paper, PTFE film, meltblown non-woven fabric, activated carbon composite, antibacterial material, etc.
Exterior Color and Logos: Customizable exterior paint colors, laser marking, color labeling, and custom printing on the outer packaging are supported.
Customization Process
Communication Requirements: Customers provide basic information such as the application scenario, filtration objectives, airflow and pressure requirements, and installation dimension restrictions. We will then provide preliminary recommendations.
Design Plan: Engineers will provide structural drawings and technical specifications based on the requirements, including airflow/initial resistance estimates, filter media recommendations, and a selection table.
Sample Production and Confirmation: One to two sets of samples will be produced for testing according to the design plan. Performance and installation compatibility will be verified on-site or in the customer's laboratory. Mass production will commence only after confirmation.
Contract Signing and Mass Production: A formal contract will be signed based on the sample confirmation. Raw material procurement, standardized production, and inspection and warehousing will be arranged as needed.
Factory inspection and delivery: Each batch of products undergoes air volume-resistance test, structural strength test, appearance size inspection, and leakage test to ensure quality.
