This ulpa fan filter unit is integrates a HEPA/ULPA filter (99.99% efficiency on 0.3μm particles ) with a low-noise centrifugal fan. Its modular structure allows ceiling suspension or floor-mounted installation, adapting to ISO Class 1-100 cleanrooms . The rigid galvanized steel or stainless steel housing ensures corrosion resistance, while the split design simplifies filter replacement.

The Role of Air Shower Booth
Air shower booth protects products and employees against hazardous contaminants which could find their way into cleanroom. One instance of too much particulate can result in a ruined batch of pharmaceuticals or a malfunctioning piece of electrical equipment.
Air shower booth prevents these major problems from happening. It reminds employees the importance of remaining particle-free. Human is the main contaminating factor. The dust on the personnel's body will be removed after going through air shower, minimizing the contamination.
Precautions for Air Shower Booth
The length of the air shower booth is usually determined based on the number of people in the workshop. If there are about 20 people in the workshop, one person can pass through each time, so that more than 20 people can pass through in about 10 minutes. If there are about 50 people in the workshop, you can choose one that passes through 2-3 people each time. If there are 100 people in the workshop, you can choose one that passes through 6-7 people each time.
Please do not place air shower booth near high-speed dust sources and earthquake sources. Please do not use volatile oil, diluent, corrosive solvents, etc. to wipe case to avoid damaging the paint layer or causing discoloration.
The following places should not be used: low temperature, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, dust, and places with oil smoke and mist.
