The maintenance of dust filters mainly includes the following aspects:
Regularly check the condition of the filter cartridge: The filter cartridge is the core component of the dust collector. It is necessary to regularly check whether its surface is damaged, blocked or excessively worn. Once an abnormality is found, the filter cartridge should be replaced or cleaned immediately to avoid affecting the dust removal effect.
Check the cleaning system: The normal operation of the cleaning system is crucial for the dust collector. It is necessary to regularly check whether the pulse valve, compressed air pipeline, blowpipe and other components are intact, and whether the cleaning cycle is set reasonably. Ensure that the cleaning system can efficiently and accurately remove dust from the filter cartridge.

Check the ash hopper and ash discharge system: The ash hopper is a container for collecting dust. It needs to be cleaned regularly to avoid excessive dust accumulation and poor ash discharge. At the same time, check whether the ash discharge valve, conveying equipment and other components are operating normally to ensure that the dust can be discharged in time.
Clean the filter cartridge: Clean the filter cartridge regularly according to the nature of the dust and the use environment of the dust collector. When cleaning, use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to avoid damaging the surface of the filter cartridge. After cleaning, the filter cartridge should be thoroughly dried to avoid residual moisture causing corrosion.
Replacement of filter cartridge: After a period of use, the filtration performance of the filter cartridge will gradually decrease. When it is found that the dust removal efficiency is significantly reduced or the filter cartridge is seriously damaged, a new filter cartridge should be replaced in time. When replacing, a filter cartridge with the same specifications and materials as the original filter cartridge should be selected to ensure that the dust removal effect is not affected.
Check and replace seals: The seals of the dust collector, such as the door cover seal, the seal between the filter cartridge and the flower plate, etc., need to be checked regularly to see if they are intact and loose. If wear or damage is found, it should be replaced in time to avoid dust leakage and affect the dust removal effect.
Lubrication and tightening: For the rotating parts in the dust collector, such as the bearings of the ash discharge valve and the transmission shaft of the conveying equipment, lubricating oil should be added regularly to ensure flexible rotation. At the same time, check and tighten all connecting bolts to prevent looseness and equipment failure.
Safe operation and maintenance: When performing maintenance work, the power supply of the dust collector should be cut off first to ensure safety. Avoid maintenance under power supply to prevent electric shock accidents. At the same time, wear appropriate protective equipment to prevent dust from harming the body.
Training and awareness raising: Provide dust collector operation training to new employees to familiarize them with the performance, structure, operating procedures and maintenance methods of the equipment.
