The size is also flexible and can be customized to suit the model of your home, office, or workshop furnace. Sizes range from as small as 16x20 inches for home use to as large as 30x60 inches for industrial use, allowing for tailor-made adjustments based on your specific needs.
The filter's effectiveness is truly substantial-from pollen and pet dander at home, dust and lint in the office, to fine dust and debris in the workshop, it securely captures the air from the furnace, keeping it clean and dry. 📐 How to Measure Your Furnace Filter Correctly
Remove the Existing Filter
Take our cleanable furnace filter out of the furnace or air return vent. Use gloves if it's dusty or dirty.
Measure Width × Height × Depth
Use a tape measure and record the dimensions in this order:
Width (side to side) × Height (top to bottom) × Depth (thickness)Example: 19.75×19.75×0.75 inches
Check the Label
If available, check for a printed label on the filter frame (may list nominal size).
Round Up if Needed
If your filter measures 19.75" × 19.75" × 0.75", round up to 20×25×1. This is the nominal size.
