Crafted using non-toxic synthetic media, the filter ensures no harmful emissions under heat or pressure. The frame can be selected in galvanized steel, aluminum, or moisture-resistant cardboard, depending on your environmental needs. Each material option is certified for non-corrosive, anti-bacterial, and flame-retardant performance in accordance with EN779 and ISO16890 standards.

Check the airflow direction arrow printed on the filter frame. Always align it with the direction of airflow in your HVAC system to ensure optimal filtration efficiency.

Ensure a Secure Fit
Slide the filter into the designated slot or frame bracket. It should fit snugly without gaps. For systems using filter rails, confirm that the filter is seated evenly to avoid bypass leakage.

Seal & Lock in Place
If your system includes gaskets or clips, secure the filter tightly to prevent movement during operation. In pressurized systems, use fasteners or locking tabs to hold the filter firmly.

Record Installation Date
Mark the date of installation on the filter frame or maintenance log. This helps in tracking service intervals and planning timely replacements.
