An air purifier cartridge filter is a cylindrical (round) filter element typically used in portable air purifiers, commercial air scrubbers, and certain recirculation or air-cleaning modules. The cartridge format provides a compact structure with a high effective media area, helping maintain stable airflow while capturing fine particles.

Depending on your application, cartridges can be supplied as:

For bulk orders, cartons can be arranged on pallets for more secure loading and easier warehouse management. We also support customized carton marking, OEM labeling, and export packing based on project or distributor requirements, helping ensure the filters arrive in good condition and are easier to identify, store, and replace on site.

Installation & Replacement

Air purifier cartridge filters should be selected to match the unit's housing and sealing method. During replacement, ensure the sealing surface is clean, the gasket is not damaged, and the cartridge is seated evenly to prevent bypass. For projects with multiple units, we recommend labeling cartridges by unit model and location to simplify maintenance planning.

Maintenance Notes

Most purifier cartridges are designed as replaceable elements. Replacement frequency depends on operating hours, indoor air quality, upstream dust load, and the purifier's airflow setting. In service practice, filters are typically checked on a routine schedule and replaced when pressure drop rises, airflow decreases, or the unit's maintenance indicator triggers (if equipped).
