What Makes This Filter Different?

This product should not be selected as a normal disposable G4 pleated filter.

Its main value is the reusable frame and replaceable pad structure.

For many AHU maintenance projects, the metal holding frame is still in good condition, but the filter media becomes loaded with dust. Replacing the whole panel each time may increase storage volume, waste handling and replacement cost. With this model, the project team can keep the aluminum frame and replace only the G4 filter pad when required.

Maintenance Logic: Replace the Pad, Keep the Frame

The main purpose of this model is to separate the filter frame from the filter media.

During routine maintenance, the service team removes the loaded G4 pad and installs a new pad into the same aluminum frame. This can reduce the number of bulky panel filters stored on site and makes repeated maintenance easier for building operators.

Replacement should be based on one or more of the following conditions:

•Pressure drop reaches the maintenance limit defined by the project

•Dust loading is visibly heavy

•Airflow through the filter section becomes unstable

•The filter pad is damaged, deformed or contaminated

•The planned maintenance cycle has been reached

We do not recommend treating the non-woven pad as a permanent washable component. Light cleaning practices may vary by site, but for reliable filtration performance and hygiene control, pad replacement is the safer maintenance method.

Filter length × width × depth – in mm or inches, including any space limitations inside the AHU frame, filter track, or fan coil box. If you already have a drawing or an old filter, you can simply mark the overall size and we will follow it.

Frame material – aluminium or galvanized steel, and whether you need a standard frame, reinforced frame, or special thickness for high-air-volume units. You can also indicate if you require corners, handles, or mounting holes.

Filter class / efficiency – normally G4 for this type of pre-filter. If you are matching an existing system, you can send us the current label (e.g. G4 / MERV 7–8 or ISO coarse 60%) and we will keep the same performance level.

Installation quantity and application – for example, how many pieces are used as AHU pre-filters, fresh-air intake filters, or fan coil filters in one project, and your expected replacement interval (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
