Galvanized Coil

Most buyers who come to us already know roughly what they want: DX51D / SGCC type coil, with a reasonable zinc coating and thickness that suits their forming machines.

Typical: 0.4–2.0 mm for filter frames, ductwork and light fabrication

Wider range on request: 0.3–3.0 mm if your design or machinery needs it

We can slit to narrower strips for roll-forming and frame lines

Zinc coating (both sides total)

Common classes: Z60–Z275 (approx. 60–275 g/m²)

For most indoor HVAC and filter parts, Z100–Z180 is already a good balance of cost and protection

We're not trying to cover every niche high-strength grade – just the coil specs that bend and punch nicely for HVAC and filter fabrication.

Because we are also a filter and HVAC products manufacturer, the coil we buy and stock is exactly the coil we use on our own production lines. That means thickness, flatness and coating weight are chosen with real bending, punching and roll-forming in mind, not just for a spec sheet.

Our coil supply is managed under an ISO 9001–based quality system. That sounds like a buzzword, but in practice it means:

•Each batch of galvanized coil is received with mill certificates stating grade, zinc coating and mechanical properties.

•We record which batches are slit or cut for which orders, so there is traceability from the steel mill all the way to your parts.

•For buyers supplying AHUs, duct systems or equipment that carry CE marking in the EU, we can support your technical file with the necessary certificates and declarations related to the coil we provide.

If your QA team needs specific documentation – for example, EN 10346 or ASTM A653 references on the MTC – we arrange this before the first shipment, not after the parts are already on site.

1)Rust-Proof Export Packaging
Galvanized coils are wrapped in VCI anti-rust film + waterproof kraft/paper with edge protectors, then secured by steel/PP strapping on ISPM-15 pallets (eye-to-sky or eye-to-side). Coil IDs are sealed; desiccant and "KEEP DRY/UP" labels included. 

 

2) Flexible Sizing & Precision Cutting
Cut-to-length (CTL) and slitting with laser-guided line control; typical tolerances ±0.5 mm width / ±0.3 mm length (tighter on request). Support OD/ID 508/610 mm, coil weight 3–15 MT, thickness 0.5–2.0 mm, regular/zero spangle, optional skin-pass. 

 

3) Global Logistics & Documentation
Carrier network includes Maersk / COSCO with FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP terms; full docs: MTC, packing list, commercial invoice, HS code, COO, and RoHS statements. Cargo insurance, tracking, and loading photos provided. 

To keep things simple, here's what helps us give you a realistic offer without a lot of back-and-forth:

•End use: filter frames, ducts, AHU panels, general fabrication, or a mix

•Grade and coating: for example, DX51D+Z140, or "commercial quality, about Z180" if you want us to suggest

•Thickness range: one or two bands you actually use (e.g. 0.6–0.8 mm, 0.7–1.0 mm)

•Width and format: full coils only, slit coils, and/or cut-to-length sheets

•Approximate monthly or per-order tonnage

With those points, we can send you a clear quotation that fits your process instead of a generic steel list. If it's your first time buying from us, we often start with one or two trial loads, then standardize the specification once you're happy with how the material runs on your line.
